Refund policy

At pikastore.cz, your satisfaction is very important to us. If the purchased item does not fit, does not meet your expectations, or for any other reason does not suit you, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your package.

Returns with us are:

• Free for customers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Romania.
• Customers from other countries cover the return shipping costs themselves, as we do not currently have contracted partners in those countries to handle the return shipment.

How to return or exchange an item:

Returning an item:

1. Log in to your customer account at pikastore.cz.
2. In the “Orders” section, find the order and the specific item you want to return.
3. Start the return process and state the reason for the return. Your feedback helps us improve our services.
4. Within 24 hours of receiving your request, we will send you a shipping label and all necessary instructions for returning the item.

Exchanging an item:

• If you wish to exchange an item, mention it in the note when initiating the return.
• Alternatively, you can contact us via email at info@pikastore.cz and let us know what exchange you would like.
• The exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item.

Return and exchange conditions:

• The item must be in its original, undamaged condition, unworn, and with all included accessories and tags.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• The original packaging must not be damaged, taped over, or otherwise altered.

Exceptions:

Returns and exchanges are not possible for:

• Underwear.
• Products modified to order or manufactured according to individual requirements, or products whose nature cannot be verified before opening.
• Gift cards.

Claims:

Submitting a claim with us is quick and simple. Just follow these steps:

   Include the following information in your email:

• Order number
• Description of the defect
• Attach photos of the damaged or defective product
• We will reply with the return details and further instructions.
  
  Pack the item and send it back to us using any shipping carrier. Personal delivery is possible after prior agreement.
