Returns & Exchanges
We strive for your complete satisfaction. You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How returns or exchanges work
Log in to your account at pikastore.cz, go to Orders, select the item and start the return. Within 24 hours we will send you a return label and a form where you can choose whether you want a return or an exchange.
Return shipping
Returns and exchanges are free for customers from CZ, SK, PL, HU and RO. Customers from other countries cover the return shipping themselves.
Exceptions
Underwear, custom-made products, items whose condition cannot be verified once opened, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Claims & Complaints
If you need to submit a product claim, the process is simple and quick.
How to submit a claim
Send an email to info@pikastore.cz and include:
- order number
- description of the issue (what happened and when)
- photos of the damaged or defective item
Based on this information, we will send you instructions for returning the item.
Sending the claimed item
Please pack the item carefully and send it back to us using a carrier of your choice.
