Deletion of personal data
If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, you can do so via our form:

How the process works
- After submitting the request, we will verify your identity.
- Subsequently, the request will be processed.
- All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of confirming the request at the latest.
What data we delete
Based on your request, we will delete all personal data we hold about you, including:
- customer account
- orders and related data
- communication history
Some data may be retained for the period stipulated by legal regulations (e.g., accounting documents).
